Hello, I am a 37 yo father of 4, my wife is a nurse and I am a paramedic living just south of Pittsburgh PA. Both my wife and I have full time jobs. We dont make a large amount of money. The economy has put a tremendous amount of stress on all of us. I have a great deal of pride in my work. I help people when they are is need of life saving measures. I have to say that the things I do for my Pts. are straight from my heart. My wife and I have struggled for many years trying to survive financially. No matter how you look at it most of us are not gifted with a silver spoon. We all get the threat of our homes being taken from us. We havnt had gas service for the last 2 years (Columbia Gas) has an outstanding bill of over 10,000.00 and we have tried to work this out. No luck. I have purchased small heaters and am making it. I know and understand how each and everyone of you feel. We are always wondering how we will make it. We just never give up. I believe that one day things will be ok. Ya know even with pretty good jobs and the medical degrees that my wife and I have, we both still struggle. Life is difficult. Some days I believe that if I had been a not so good guy, life would be much easier. My words are if you give up, you are sure not to make it. Hang in there and dont give up.
